Company Profile

LP Tube is a privately held company located south of Phoenix in Stanfield, Arizona, and has been a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of high quality pipe and tube products since 1993. LP currently produces a clear-coat Galvanized product along with bare ornamental shaped tubing and HSS A500 Grade B/C round and shaped tubing. We sell our tubular products through the distribution sector and a select number of large end user accounts.

All finished tubular products are produced from prime domestic raw materials that conform to stringent ASTM steel specifications, and our tube is melted and poured in the USA in conformance with the Buy American Act. Raw material is purchased in master coil form, then slit to the appropriate width on a 60-inch-wide, high-speed automated slitting line. LP produces round, square, and rectangular shapes on five electric-resistance-welded tube mills, each equipped with high-frequency weld units.

Facilities

LP Tube operates in two manufacturing facilities, Stanfield and Maricopa, AZ, with close access to the I-8 and I-10 interstates for convenient freight logistics. The privately owned property encompasses office space and the main manufacturing building, which houses the slitting line, tube mills, coil accumulation systems, an automated bundling station, and other production equipment.

All raw material and finished-goods inventory is stored on-site in enclosed storage buildings, ensuring product quality is not compromised by the elements while maintaining a clean working environment. Barcoding throughout the manufacturing process allows finished-goods bundles to be tracked back to their origin.
